On Jul. 22 2002, our Flame-retardant project passed the certification of being the leading
technology in China by Sichuan Provincial Bureau of Science and Technology. (Commission of identify is Mr. Wang Qi, Director of PhD supervisor of State Key Laboratory of Polymer Materials Engineering, Vice Chairman of the Committee is Mr. Lu Guo Jian, who is Ministry of public Security, deputy director of Fire Research Institute of Sichuan, Deputy Director of the Standing Committee of National Fireproof Construction Material Quality Supervision Inspection Center.)
Completion of the project units: Sichuan Sanli Medical Chemistry Co., Ltd. and Neijiang Sanli NewMan-made Fiber Co., Ltd.

On May 18, 2007, our phosphorus permanent F/R jacquard fabric passed the “Flame-retardant
signs authentication examination” conducted by Zhejiang Fire Department and National
Flame-retardant Construction Materials Quality Supervision and Inspection Center that its F/R
performance after 30 times of washing has reached LOI=35.7% exceeding GB20286-2006
Flame-retardant level one (LOI≥32.0%).

In May 2010, throught the re-sampling certification examination of our inherently flame retardant fabrics, our company get the “usage of flame retardant products signs” certificate and the Fixed-point State again.

From Sep. 2004 to May. 2006, Mr. Li Yuanming, as the only representative of F/R textile enterprises, was also invited to take part in the research and editing of the compulsory national standard—GB20286-2006“Requirement and signs for burning behavior of the fire retardant products and subassembly in public place”.

On June 28, 2007, on the first publish ceremony “public flame retardant products signs” held by Fire Departmentof Public Security Ministry in beijing,we are one of the first group to get the “usage of flame retardant products signs” certificate,and General manager Mr. Li accepted the certificate on the first public ceremony.

In June 2007, a popular science film “application of flame retardant technology in public” and the training textbook “public fire safety and flame retardant technology” composed by Fire Departmentof Public Security Ministry issued.In this textbook, appendix 4 and the 4 set in science film put emphasis on introduction of our company in the last.
